Service Description

*Hire to Retire analysis, provide HR best practices recommendations, and management *Annual review and revision of handbook, job descriptions, required legal posters, and organizational chart *Benefits Management to include but not limited to review of benefits offered, recommendations, Open Enrollment, New Hire enrollment, terminations and monthly billing reconciliation *Ongoing day-to-day support for management and team members *Annual EEOC training for managers and team members *Conduct investigations to claims of harassment and other team member issues *Assist with preparing compliant disciplinary action forms, conduct termination investigations and prepare recommendations based upon findings *Leave Management: Workers Comp, Medical Leave and Personal Leave as needed *Provide employment law updates and guidance from the DOL, EEOC, OSHA, and IRS
