Monthly Partner Package
Hire to Retire analysis, provide HR best practices recommendations, and management. Annual review and revision of handbook, job descriptions, required legal posters, and organizational chart. Benefits Management to include but not limited to review of benefits offered, recommendations, Open Enrollment, New Hire enrollment, terminations and monthly billing reconciliation
In this package, we will provide an audit of Personnel Files (Set up if needed). Review record keeping and retention of personnel related documents including I-9 forms.
